The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case no. 575 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners assaulted to the informant and her husband with lathi and axe, causing them serious injury near the hand and legs. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners are own brothers and residing in the same locality. He further submits that there was case and counter case between

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that there is case and counter case and both the parties are relatives and no serious injury has been found on the body and both the parties have compromised vide Annexure-5, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti in connection with Barachatti P.S.
