2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Pakri Barawan P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as it appears that the OP No. 2 is not interested in living harmoniously with the petitioner.

4. Pursuant to the order dated 26.08.2015 this is the third occasion the petitioner has been personally present, but on each date the OP No. 2 has not presented herself before the Court. The petitioner reiterates his commitment to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28881 of 2014 (7) dt.04-11-2015 keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.11.2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Pakri Barawan P.S.
