2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majorganj P.S Case No. 78 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 325, 307, 354, 427, 380, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with the other accused persons have assaulted the informant and his family members
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner and informant are agnates ad there is a land dispute between the parties. It is further stated that there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is also submitted that Lal Babu Singh was treated by the doctor on 12.03.2024
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22741 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 and doctor found two injuries which were bruise on nose and cheek which were simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. There is no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner regarding causing assault to anyone. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.01.2025 He further submits that other co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 26.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 40345 of 2024.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 07.03.2025, It appears that injury sustained by the injured are simple in nature and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
