The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)V of the SC/ST Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others took his son to the market. While the son of the informant was returning along with the petitioner, Sudama Singh and Pancha Singh surrounded the son of the informant. Pancha Singh caught him and Sudama Singh fired at his person causing his death. The petitioner is said to have helped the accused persons. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Guthani P.S. Case No. 241/2014, G.R. No. 5958/14. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
