JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that petitioners were granted bail vide order dated 08.10.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.54965 of 2018. But out of 19 petitioners, petitioners Sahdeo Sah son of Lakhichan Sah, Madan Sah son of Chokat Sah and Nandu Mahto son of Ramagya Mahto have not been able to surrender before the Court below within the time as prescribed by this Court. Considering the explanation furnished by the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 10 of 2019 the time for their surrender is extended to 18th February 2019.
