Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against one co-accused Rajan Giri. Both the parties have compromised the case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
