The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is demand of dowry and committing torturing by the petitioner on the opposite party no.2, who happens to be his wife.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is false as the instant case has been lodged by opposite party no.2 after filing Matrimonial (Divorce) case no. 567 of 2017 under section 24 (1)(i) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 by him. It is also submitted that the opposite party no.2 was earlier married with one Kunal Yadav. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
