The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 05/2020 dated 01.01.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After reading the accusation leveled in the First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the implication of the petitioner in this case is because of earlier dispute between the two families. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a young person of 25

In any view of the matter, considering the nature of accusation in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below and seeks bail, the Court below would consider his petition on its own merits taking into account all relevant facts including that the petitioner himself is a young person of 25 years of age and there is a dispute between the two families and shall pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail has not been entertained.
