Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sikti P.S.Case No.72 of 2016.

As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons snatched Rs. 7,500/- and a Pulsar motor-cycle from the informant by pointing pistol.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33523 of 2021(3) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 that the entire allegation is false and frivolous due to election rivalry and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents. Considering the above facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedents of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Sikti P.S.Case No.72 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
