The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.90 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 36, 41 and 44 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the FIR it is clear that the petitioner, who is a lady, is the owner of the house and recovery has been made from another portion of the house as the tenants have taken portion of the house on rent. Petitioner is also working as Asha Facilitator in the Public Health Centre, Government of Bihar. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24473 of 2022(6) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.
