The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramakrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 550 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.01.2019. He further submits that after investigation police has already submitted charge sheet.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and investigation has been completed, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
