No. 18671 of 2023, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 10.09.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that counsel for the petitioner could not reach the Court in time due to heavy traffic

Patna High Court MJC No.1255 of 2025(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 jam, hence he could not attend hearing of the case when the case was called out for hearing, therefore, the aforesaid writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution, thus a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 18671 of 2023 to its original file.

The present petition stands allowed.
