It is submitted that in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 43392 of 2015, the name of trial court has wrongly been mentioned as "the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Patna City, Patna" in place of "Sri Shushant Ranjan, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna". In the order dated 21.09.2015 also the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Patna City, Patna in Chowk P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, it should have been Sri Shushant Ranjan, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna. The modification petition is disposed of and order dated 21.09.2015 in Cr.
