ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 20.4.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions judge, F.T.C. No. III, Patna, in Cr. Revision no. 632 of 2003/50 of 2008 by which he refused to interfere in the order of cognizance under Sections 304B and 201 Indian Penal Code in Complaint Case no. 1131(C) of 2003. I see no justification for doing so and, hence, the application is dismissed with a direction to the Court below to proceed in accordance with law expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
