The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 411 of I.P.C. has also been added.

Allegation is that unknown thieves committed theft amounting to about Rs.4 lacs.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 25.10.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on confessional statement of co-accused.
