ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of First Information Report of Ara Town P.S. Case No.169 of 2009 on the ground that entire amount has already been paid to the Opposite Party No.2. Since investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is disposed off with direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid aspect and conclude the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if he has not already done so.
Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner for its onward communication to the Investigating Officer concerned.
