The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4048 of 2016.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender by order dated 22.04.2016 be extended by further period of four weeks from today.

However, it is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to the petitioner in any context and if the petitioner does not surrender in the Court below within time, the order passed in favour of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30863 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 shall stand revoked.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the modification application stands disposed of.
