Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion merely because he is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner has no concern with the affairs of wife and husband and he lives separately. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.22758 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2018.
