====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 38 of 2019 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83390 of 2019. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.09.2019 i.e. more than one year and on the ground of period of custody, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail.
