ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 244 of 2012 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegations are false and based on mere suspicion. He further submits that other co-accused persons of the family have been granted anticipatory bail and the said benefit may also be extended to the petitioner.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and is solely responsible for the welfare of the wife in her matrimonial home, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
