Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order dated 28.06.2023, paragraph-3 has wrongly been typed as during pendency of this application, the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police. In fact, he had submitted that petitioner intends to surrender before the learned Court below.

3. In view of the aforesaid, paragraph-3 of the order dated 28.06.2023 be read as follows:
