2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered from a bag which was hanging on a Pulsar motorcycle bearing Engine NO. DHXPRC34591 and Chasis NO. MD2B68BX6RPC26707. Petitioner is alleged to be registered owner of the seized motorcycle in question.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and fact that illegal arm and ammunition was recovered from the seized
