By order dated 7.12.2012 under contempt passed in CWJC No.19328 of 2012 this Court directed the respondents to ensure that the admissible post retiral dues are paid to the petitioner.
In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties of the Magadh University, details of the different amount paid under different heads for post retiral dues have been shown. In the above circumstances, there does not appear to be any violation of the order under contempt. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
