The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay the due amount of second time bound promotion with interest and consequential benefit immediately."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner/his legal heirs seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan, for redressal of subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Siwan shall consider the same and take a final decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
