JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 283, 253/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other accused persons is that they were blocking the road due to an accident and also obstructing the informant in discharging of his official duty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing specific has been attributed against him. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
