This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of double murder and the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
