Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Out of six criminal cases against the petitioner, two have resulted in acquittal and in other cases petitioner is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22559 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Manjhagarj Police Station Case No. 140 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
