ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-11-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 04.01.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna Sadar, Patna in Cr. Appeal No. 95 of 2011 by which it has set aside the order dated 31.03.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Domestic Violence Case No. 38 of 2010 under the provision of Domestic Violence Act. It has been submitted that the Petitioner is already paying Rs. 2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 by order of this Court in a bail application.

It is clarified that the amount of Rs. 5,000/- shall be inclusive of Rs. 2,000/- directed by this Court. The Application stands disposed off with this clarification.
