Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2018 for the offence under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the three persons involved in clandestinely loading maize pocket on the Bolero pick up van.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 5.10.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
