JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 183 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that alleged recovery was made from the back of the house of the petitioner from a toilet and he is in custody since 04.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the alleged recovery was made from the back of the house of the petitioner from a toilet, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
