2. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner no.2, Panna Lal Yadav has been arrested, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the relief sought for against him.

3. Accordingly, so far as the petitioner no.2, Panna Lal Yadav is concerned, his anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

4. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 109,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23764 of 2025(3) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 303(2), 303, 352, 351(2), 3(5) and 117(2) of the BNS, lodged on 07.01.2025 by the informant Satish Kumar.

5. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that for a minor issue of informant taking the Magic Vehicle through the petitioner's side, firstly abused and then resorted to the assault. Allegation is that Anandi Yadav assaulted the informant's brother Rohit Kumar while Panna Lal Yadav assaulted the informant, Satish Kumar. Allegation of assault on the head of the mother is also on Panna Lal Yadav.

6. In this case, the coordinate Bench had called for the case diary which is on record, it shows the assault made by the petitioner no.1, Anandi Yadav to Rohit Kumar has been found to be grievous in nature.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to extend him privilege of anticipatory bail.

8. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
