JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-09-2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Andhrathadhi P. S. Case No. 97 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 has informed this Court that in this case charge-sheet has already been submitted.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to
