Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 60 of 2019 arising out of Chewara P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 for the offence Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total six liters of country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 5.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25938 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case 60 of 2019, arising out of Chewara P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019.
