KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to make correction in cage column with regard to respondent no. 5.

This modification application has been filed seeking modification of the judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 4334 of 2022 as also extension of time by further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in place of "Circle Officer, Bhagawanpur, Begusarai", Circle Officer, Teghra has been arrayed as respondent no. 5 in CWJC No. 4334 of 2020, in that view of the matter in the judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.722 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 CWJC No. 4334 of 2022 Circle Officer, Teghra has been typed in place of "Circle Officer, Bhagawanpur, Begusarai". He further submits that period of filing the representation before the authority concerned may be also extended.

In view of the above, in the judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 4334 of 2022, "Circle Officer, Bhagawanpur, Begusarai" shall be read as respondent no. 5 in place of Circle Officer, Teghra, as also further four weeks time is also granted to the petitioner to file representation. The judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 4334 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above only.

The modification application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
