Considering the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, the court is of the considered view that compassionate appointment is not a reservation and as such the petitioner cannot be granted any indulgence in the present case. Since the brother of the petitioner is gainfully employed, there is no question of any compassion in the matter of appointment of this petitioner.
