The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion. Moreover, petitioner issued two cheques of Rs. 29,430/- and Rs. 15,000/- in favour of Manish Kumar, District Convener, which would appear from the Annexure-2 to the application. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31071 of 2016 (11) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 party vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
