This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 168/2012, disclosing offences under sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since this anticipatory bail application arises out of complaint case, it is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner appears before the court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, his application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on the same day, considering this Court's decision in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29119 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 & ors. v. the State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2015(3) PLJR 806. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that coaccused Lalbabu Sah @ Lalbabu Sonar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by the order dated 2.5.2013 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14552/2013.
