The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baruraj P. S. Case No. 18 of 2016 instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner was married with the deceased in the year 2013 since then used to torture his wife in connection with demand of dowry ultimately she was killed and dead body was disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner used to live at Jaipur so he was not present on the alleged date of occurrence.
