JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For a direction to provide safety and security to Falkar, the lichi orchard situated on a Gairmajarua Malik land pertaining to Jamabandi no. 73, standing in the name of grandfather of the petitioner. The lands adjacent to Aam Sadak trees of Lichi which has been settled to the writ petitioner but anti-social elements including respondent no. 7 used to pluck the lichi fruits, for that petitioner made several complaints to district

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
