Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 427, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking note of this fact that petitioner had opened fire on informant causing firearm injury to him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail for the present.
