Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. (i) To deposit the amount of P.F.D.A. in P.F. and P.F. loan of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22419 of 2011 (4) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 petitioner with interest in P.F. A/C No.

11858 of C.B.I. Bikramganj Branch, Rohtas of the petitioner.

II. To deposit the amount of D.D.A. of the petitioner with interest in Savings A/C No. 10871 of C.B.I. Bikramganj Branch, Rohtas of the petitioner.

III. To pay the amount of I.R. salary and difference of salary for the period from 12.04.1983 to 04.06.2004 to the petitioner with interest rate.

IV. To pay the arrears of salary of strike period i.e., for the period from 01.08.2000 to 10.12.2000 to the petitioner with interest rate."

Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4, the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, for redressal of his grievances within a period of eight weeks. The Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
