The present bail petition is on the sole ground of the period of custody, as earlier bail petition of the petitioner after due consideration of all available merits was rejected vide order dated 26.09.2022, of this Court. As per report of the learned Trial Court dated 25.05.2023, matter was fixed for framing of charge on 30.06.2023.

Considering the submissions as save and except custody period no further additional merit is available to petitioner, which may cause for reconsideration of his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the prayer of the present bail petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24387 of 2023(5) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 is rejected herewith, with a direction to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial, positively, within three months of the receipt of this order, by taking it on board, on day to day basis, if so required.
