2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 2 (Mithun Kewat) assaulted informant with knife, causing grievous injury to her.
4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 (Mithun Kewat) is rejected.
5. So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 (Leela Devi) is concerned, since there is general and omnibus allegation, no specific allegation of overt act has been

Case No. 531 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
