ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with S.Tr. No. 547 of 2011 arising out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been brought in this case merely on suspicion. Learned counsel for the State after perusing the case diary submits that since there was some animosity between the petitioner and the husband of the informant, because he used to protest her conduct and that is why petitioner's involvement was

Considering the vague nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc A.D.J., IIIrd, Bagaha, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with S.Tr. No. 547 of 2011 arising out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
