This application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of order dated 10.3.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19392 of 2012.
This Court while disposing of the writ petition has
Patna High Court MJC No.390 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 directed the Principal Secretary, Education Department to decide the matter within six months from the date of receipt/communication of the order.
In pursuance of the aforesaid order the Principal Secretary vide Memo No.485 dated 2.6.2015 considered the matter and disposed of the same.
In such view of the matter, this Court feels that Principal Secretary has complied the order passed by this Court and there is no need to proceed with the matter. In the present contempt proceeding, this Court can not examine the merit of the case. The petitioner, if feels aggrieved, he may approach before the appropriate forum. It goes without saying that the petitioner, if so advised, may file representation.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
