The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Dighwara P.S. Case No.17 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341,323, 324, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case diary has been called for which has been received. In the case diary there is specific allegation that both the petitioners have assaulted the informant with Khanti and Garassa.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court
