Patna High Court CWJC No.6639 of 2022 dt.22-07-2022 2/3 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- Shri Sajid Salim Khan, learned Standing Counsel No. 25, states that there is adequate provision of taking care of stray cows at Sherghati, Gaya. He further clarifies that there is a Gawshala at Sherghati, Gaya and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Committee is fully functional. As such, the present petition needs to be closed.
Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
As such, we close these proceedings reserving liberty to the petitioner to highlight the grievances, if any, with the appropriate authority as also approach this Court, should the need so arise subsequently.
