JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 15-03-2016 The grievance of the petitioner arises out of an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court on 8th of July, 1992. By such order, the claim of the petitioner for promotion with retrospective effect was required to be considered in view of the promotion order passed in favour of the other teachers. In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4, it has been pointed out that the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Headmaster on 04.05.1993.
