JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to conclude the execution of work assigned to the petitioner under the heading 4515 MMGSY Scheme vide order dated 17.05.2010 and agreement dated 20.05.2010, by which the construction of the Khagaria Bakhari PWD Road to Ramunia village after Kathoura, Railway Station crossing was ordered to be constructed by the petitioner and for connected reliefs.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8586 of 2011 (5) dt.30-09-2015 Respondent No. 7 invites attention to paragraph nos. 7 to 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 5 according to which the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as he has been allowed to continue the work in question and hence the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above position.

4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed.
