Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Tiyar P.S. Case no. 03 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioners is of omnibus and general nature. The injuries caused are simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.32006 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Tiyar P.S. Case no. 3 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
